Using My Bowl Game Rating (MBGR) numbers for each team (see below) , minus the WvS – (Wins vs. Spread) (in order to limit the calculations to strictly team performance) and dividing that number by 4 (due to the redundant Offense and Defense performance numbers) then multiplying the result times each team’s Strength of Schedule (SOS) rating (see chart previously sent) and dividing that product by

a factor of 13 produces a relative number in which the differential is the calculated difference in the ultimate game score.

FYI, the Formula for this is: MBGR – Wvs /4 X SOS /13 = Score RATING. Thus, by subtracting the low rating from the high rating the sum reveals the score differential.

FOR EXAMPLE:

AZ        94 -4= 90/4=22.5 X 34.7 = 780.75   / 13 = 60.0       Winner by 7

Ok St  100 -9=91/4=22.75X 30.1 = 684.775 / 13 = 52.7

TCU  129 -6= 123/4=30.75 X 24.0 = 738/13    = 56.8
Wis   120 -6= 114/4=28.5 X 26.2 =  746.7/13 = 57.4        Winner by 1
